This essay shows some of the scientific and academic activities aimed tot strengthen this relation. It begins by presenting its general and particular structure of this Regional headquarters. Subsequently it describes the main research and extension activities carried out during the period 2005 to 2016. Finally, it present some final considerations that refer to the importance of the university-state - enterprise bonding that allows us to meet the demands of the new social and economic contexts of a globalized society.Keywords: enterprise, state, extension, investigation, UNI. La Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI), Sede Regional del Norte desde su creación en el año 2004, se ha preocupado por mantener el vínculo con la empresa privada, estado y Sociedad. Se inicia presentando su estructura general y luego particular de la Sede. Posteriormente se describen las principales actividades de investigación y extensión realizadas durante el periodo 2005 al 2016. Finalmente se presentan algunas consideraciones finales que refieren a la importancia del vínculo universidad-estado-empresa que permitan hacer frente a las demandas de los nuevos contextos sociales y económicos de una sociedad globalizada.Palabras claves: empresa, estado, extensión, investigación, UNI.
