This novel has been the object of study in contemporary feminist circles, since it offers a clear literary representation regarding the processes of the conformation of subjectivities marked by violence of gender, race and social class. This study aims to contribute to a better knowledge of this literary text within our cultural environment, thus focusing on the examination of one specific issue: the principles and procedures involved in the process of shaping the female character. Se analiza la novela A hora da estrella (La hora de la estrella; 1977), de la escritora brasileña Clarice Lispector. Esta novela ha sido objeto de estudio entre los círculos feministas contemporáneos, toda vez que ofrece una lograda representación literaria de los procesos de conformación de subjetividades marcados por la violencia de género, raza y clase social. Este trabajo aspira a contribuir al mejor conocimiento de este texto literario en nuestro entorno cultural. Para ello, se centra en el examen de un asunto específico: los principios y los procedimientos involucrados en el proceso de conformación del personaje femenino.
