This methodological proposal has resulted in a local scale risk index for the border city of Chetumal, Quintana Roo in Mexico, which, through spatial and cartographic analysis, has determined the importance and priority of each hazard in 5 territorial risk units. The results are per block, which is the finest resolution in Mexico that can be obtained from official data.
