Secondly, the issue of the presence of legal pluralism in our system.  Simultaneously raised two specific cases that exemplify this particularity. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo general tocar dos aspectos fundamentales visibles en el libro de Cárcova “La Opacidad del Derecho”, y estos son precisamente: en primer lugar, la máxima nemini licet ignorare jus como ficción jurídica del ordenamiento jurídico costarricense.
