Utilizing the theoretical proposal of the Frame developed by Goffman, it posits that the violence that undocumented migrants experience cannot be understood as isolated events but, rather, by considering that it is through a broad range of everyday interactions and circumstances that these migrants discover other ways to interpret their experiences, especially by relating them to other social frames. Este artículo analiza las situaciones, experiencias, interpretaciones y acciones políticas que los migrantes indocumentados hacen como respuesta a diversas situaciones de violencia social e institucional. Siguiendo la propuesta teórica de Frame que Goffman desarrolló, considero que la violencia que vivencian los migrantes indocumentados no puede entenderse como situaciones aisladas, por el contrario, por medio de diversas interacciones y circunstancias cotidianas los migrantes indocumentados encuentran otras maneras para interpretar sus propias experiencias, mismas que relacionan con otros marcos sociales.
