Solano Galavis, Katty Milena Gutiérrez Gutiérrez, Ronald Ariel Clima Organizacional Trabajo en Equipo Comunicación Organizational Climate Teamwork Communication The purpose of this research work is to measure the organizational climate in the Educational Institutions of the Left Bank of the Rural Zone of Lorica, Colombia. A data collection instrument was constructed from the review of research papers, it consists of 62 items, it was subjected to a reliability analysis through Cronbach's Alpha statistical test and resulted in a coefficient of 0.958, this indicates a very high magnitude of reliability. For the measurement, 9 dimensions were determined, in which an average score was obtained, among them are: Personal Work: 4.86, Pride of Belonging: 4.76, Administration: 4.37, Teamwork: 3.31, Supervision: 4.47, Communication: 4.48, Training and Development: 2.68, Physical and Cultural Environment: 2.50, and Promotion: 3.93. The population consisted of 237 people, from which a sample of 127 participants was obtained and stratified probability sampling was used to determine the number of people to interview per Educational Institution. Descriptive statistics were calculated and the Spearman correlation coefficient was applied to measure the degree of relationship between the analyzed dimensions, using a bilateral significance level of 0.0.1. It is concluded that if there is a significant relationship between the dimensions. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad medir el clima organizacional en las Instituciones Educativas de la Margen Izquierda de la Zona Rural de Lorica, Colombia. Se construyó un instrumento de recolección de datos a partir de la revisión de trabajos investigativos, el mismo consta de 62 ítems, fue sometido a un análisis de fiabilidad a través de la prueba estadística Alpha de Cronbach y dio como resultado un coeficiente de 0.958, esto indica una magnitud muy alta de confiabilidad.  Para la medición se determinaron 9 dimensiones, en las cuales se obtuvo una puntuación promedio, entre ellas están: Trabajo Personal:4.86, Orgullo de Pertenencia: 4.76, Administración: 4.37, Trabajo en Equipo: 3.31, Supervisión:4.47, Comunicación:4.48, Capacitación y Desarrollo: 2.68, Ambiente Físico y Cultural:2.50, y Promoción:3.93. La población estuvo compuesta por 237 personas, de la cual se obtuvo una muestra de 127 participantes y se utilizó el muestreo probabilístico estratificado para determinar la cantidad de personas a entrevistar por Institución Educativa. Se calcularon estadísticas descriptivas y se aplicó el coeficiente de correlación Spearman para medir el grado de relación entre las dimensiones analizadas, utilizando un nivel de significancia bilateral de 0.0.1.
