For example, it is necessary to acquire the expertise or the specific quality of the teacher who has become an expert through the daily practice of it (Carretero, 1987). Thus, language teachers who teach their language in another country, in addition to this path to experience, will also have to resolve the cognitive conflicts typical of an encounter between cultures. Para se un buen profesor es necesario estar bien preparados en varios aspectos de este oficio. Por ejemplo, es necesario adquirir la pericia, o la cualidad específica del profesor que se ha hecho experto mediante la práctica cotidiana de aquel (Carretero, 1987). Así, los profesores de idiomas que enseñan su lengua en otro País, además de ese camino hacia la experiencia, tendrán que resolver también los conflictos cognitivos propios del acercamiento entre culturas.
