In this context, policies have been implemented to improve the educational system with teachers being responsible for carrying out policies in schools. The objective of this qualitative systematic review is to synthesize the teaching discourse regarding Chilean educational policies, for which 19 articles from journals indexed in Scopus, Scielo, and Redalyc were selected. The results show that the teaching discourse in the selected papers recognizes the partial relevance of elements of educational policies; however, their implementation responds to a market logic, which causes effects at the level of work overload, control, and excess of curricular content, all triggering in the precariousness of teaching working conditions and student learning. Finally, it is concluded that there is a need to continue systematizing information regarding the teaching discourse in this subject, incorporating complementary databases to those already analyzed, added to the need to investigate in greater depth regarding the teaching discourse regarding the structure and mechanisms of action of neoliberal educational policies. El modelo educativo chileno responde a principios neoliberales, los cuales se han consolidado desde la lógica de mercado. En este contexto, se han implementado políticas para mejorar el sistema educativo, en el cual los principales actores de ejecución de dichas políticas y en quienes ha recaído la responsabilidad, han sido en el personal docente. Esta revisión sistemática cualitativa tiene por objetivo describir el discurso docente respecto a las políticas educativas chilenas. Para ello, se seleccionaron 19 artículos de revistas indexadas en Scopus, Scielo y Redalyc. Los resultados indican que el discurso docente en las investigaciones seleccionadas reconoce la pertinencia parcial de elementos de las políticas educativas; sin embargo, su implementación responde a una lógica de mercado, que tiene por consecuencia efectos a nivel de sobrecarga laboral, control y exceso de contenidos curriculares, todo ello desencadenando en la precariedad de las condiciones laborales docentes y de los aprendizajes de estudiantes. Finalmente, se concluye en la necesidad de continuar sistematizando información respecto al discurso docente en esta temática, incorporando bases de datos complementarias a las ya analizadas, sumado a la necesidad de indagar en mayor profundidad sobre el discurso docente respecto a la estructura y mecanismos de acción de las políticas educativas neoliberales.
