For this, we extracted 43 research papers published between 2005 and 2014, written in English or Spanish, published in Latin America. In these articles seven categories should be found: medicines, health, disease, human talent, and biomedical sciences. The extraction of the articles was done using the Google Academic advanced search tool. To analyse the findings, focused on the previously mentioned categories, a FLOR matrix was used, which considers Strengths, Achievements, Opportunities and Challenges linked to the categories studied from the perspective of education and comprehensive training of students and professionals of the health. Finally, it is concluded that the common objective should be to train comprehensively the human talent in a broader scientific knowledge about pharmacological safety, related to other biomedical and humanistic learning, through a multicultural transdisciplinary team that allows the promotion of the rational use of medicines, in compliance with the responsibility and social function of pharmacist. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar, en diferentes artículos de investigación consultados, la percepción que se tiene sobre la educación y formación del talento humano idóneo en habilidades y capacidades que permita explicar, a través de la atención farmacéutica cognitiva y el seguimiento farmacoterapéutico, los factores de riesgo del uso de fármacos. Para esto se extrajeron 43 artículos de investigación publicados entre los años 2005 y 2014, escritos en inglés o español, publicados en América Latina y en los que debían hallarse siete categorías: medicamentos, salud, enfermedad, talento humano y ciencias biomédicas. La extracción de los artículos se realizó utilizando la herramienta de búsqueda avanzada de Google Académico. El análisis de los hallazgos se centró en las categorías previamente mencionadas, para lo que se utilizó una matriz FLOR, la cual considera las fortalezas, logros, oportunidades y retos vinculados a las categorías observadas en perspectiva de la educación y formación integral del estudiantado y profesionales de la salud. Finalmente, se concluye que el objetivo común debe ser la formación integral del talento humano en un conocimiento científico más amplio de la seguridad farmacológica, relacionado con otros aprendizajes biomédicos y humanísticos, en un equipo multicultural transdisciplinario que permita promover el uso racional de los medicamentos, en cumplimiento de la responsabilidad y función social de los farmacéuticos profesionales. O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar, em diferentes artigos de pesquisa consultados, a percepção existente sobre a educação e formação do talento humano adequado em habilidades e capacidades que permita explicar, através da atenção farmacêutica cognitiva e o acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico, os fatores de risco do uso de fármacos. Para isso extraímos 43 artigos de pesquisa publicados entre 2005 e 2014, escritos em inglês ou espanhol, publicados na América Latina e nos quais sete categorias deveriam ser encontradas: medicamentos, saúde, doença, talento humano e ciências biomédicas. A exploração dos artigos foi feita usando a ferramenta de pesquisa avançada do Google Acadêmico. A análise dos resultados centralizou-se sobre as categorias mencionadas anteriormente, para as quais foi utilizada uma matriz FLOR (iniciais do espanhol), que considera os Pontos Fortes, Conquistas, Oportunidades e Desafios relacionados às categorias observadas na perspectiva da educação e formação integral de estudantes e profissionais da Saúde. Por fim, conclui-se que o objetivo comum deve ser a formação integral de talento humano em um conhecimento científico mais amplo da segurança farmacológica, relacionado a outras aprendizagens biomédicas e humanísticas, em uma equipe transdisciplinar multicultural que permita promover o uso racional de medicamentos, em conformidade com a responsabilidade e função social dos profissionais farmacêuticos.
