Studying regulations can make visible the measures included in them about specific topics to discuss contributions of these measures and offer proposals to improve or enrich other regulatory measures. From this, this study aims to analyze the presence of Lesbian, Gay, Trans, Bisexual, and Intersexual (LGTBI) identities and corporalities in the Spanish state and Andalusian regional educational regulations, as well as the possibilities these regulations offer to work with this community in schools. Method. An analysis of the different regulatory measures approved for the LGTBI collective is conducted through a qualitative documentary study of the policies of the Spanish State and the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Results. The results reveal the different approved political measures related to the object of study, describing in detail the contributions and repercussions regarding the LGTBI group in education. Conclusions. We conclude that, although the state regulations give a superficial treatment to the LGTBI group in the educational field, the Andalusian autonomous community does establish inclusive measures that enable the advancement of rights and attention to affective-sex-generic diversity within the educational dimension. Given this, the inclusion of the LGTBI collective in future state regulatory proposals is recommended. These proposals must advocate for a broad presence of this group in all the dimensions of the educational process. Likewise, they must consolidate the normative foundations that contribute to reducing their discrimination to achieve a more democratic and egalitarian educational practice. Objetivo. El estudio de la normativa permite visibilizar las medidas recogidas en esta sobre un determinado tema, de cara a discutir sus aportaciones, ofrecer propuestas de mejora o enriquecer otras medidas normativas. A partir de ello, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar la presencia de las identidades y corporalidades lesbianas, gays, trans, bisexuales e intersexuales (LGTBI) en la normativa educativa estatal española y autonómica andaluza, así como las posibilidades que ofrece esta para trabajar dicho colectivo en los centros de enseñanza. Método. Se realiza un recorrido analítico por las distintas medidas normativas aprobadas en lo referente al colectivo LGTBI, mediante un análisis cualitativo documental de las políticas del Estado español y la comunidad autónoma de Andalucía. Resultados. Los resultados exponen las distintas medidas políticas aprobadas relativas a nuestro objeto de estudio, detallando las aportaciones y repercusiones en cuanto al colectivo LGTBI en educación. Conclusiones. Si bien la normativa estatal realiza un tratamiento superficial del colectivo LGTBI en el ámbito educativo, la comunidad autónoma andaluza sí establece medidas inclusivas que posibilitan el avance en derechos y la atención a la diversidad afectivo-sexo-genérica dentro de la dimensión educativa. Ante ello, se recomienda la inclusión del colectivo LGTBI en las propuestas normativas estatales futuras. Estas deben abogar por una amplia presencia de dicho colectivo en todas las dimensiones que comprenden el proceso educativo. Asimismo, deben consolidar los fundamentos normativos que contribuyan a reducir su discriminación en aras de lograr una práctica educativa más democrática e igualitaria. Objetivo. O estudo dos regulamentos permite tornar visíveis as medidas nele incluídas sobre um determinado tema, com vista a discutir as suas contribuições, oferecer propostas de melhoria ou enriquecer outras medidas regulamentares. A partir disso, u objetivo deste estudo é analisar a presença de identidades e corporalidades de Lésbicas, Gays, Trans, Bissexuais e Intersexuais (LGTBI) nas regulamentações educacionais estaduais espanholas e regionais da Andaluzia, bem como as possibilidades oferecidas por este para trabalhar este grupo nas escolas. Método. Um passeio analítico das diferentes medidas regulatórias aprovadas em relação ao coletivo LGTBI é realizado através de uma análise documental qualitativa das políticas do Estado espanhol e da Comunidade Autônoma da Andaluzia. Resultados. Os resultados expõem as diferentes medidas políticas aprovadas relacionadas ao nosso objeto de estudo, detalhando as contribuições e repercussões sobre o grupo LGTBI na educação. Conclusões. Concluímos que, embora a regulamentação estatal faça um tratamento superficial do grupo LGTBI no campo educacional, a comunidade autônoma andaluza estabelece medidas inclusivas que possibilitam o avanço dos direitos e a atenção à diversidade afetivo-sexual genérica na dimensão educacional. Diante disso, recomenda-se a inclusão do coletivo LGTBI em futuras propostas regulatórias estaduais. Estes devem advogar por uma ampla presença desse grupo em toda as dimensões que compõem o processo educativo. Da mesma forma, eles devem consolidar os fundamentos normativos que contribuam para reduzir sua discriminação para alcançar uma prática educativa mais democrática e igualitária.
