Migración normativa regional tratados internacionales derechos humanos Centroamérica As part of the Institute for Latin American Studies (IDELA) project on Current Migration Trends in Latin America, an analysis of the regional regulations on human rights is conducted in this paper in order to highlight efforts for an interpretative harmonization, and to ulteriorly study the possibilities of building regional regulations. The scope of the international human rights law is reviewed, since the international treaties protecting such rights include the protection of migrants as a vulnerable social group within this perspective Como parte del proyecto del IDELA sobre Tendencias migratorias actuales en América Latina, se realiza en este extracto, un análisis de la normativa regional en materia de derechos humanos, de manera que se evidencien los esfuerzos por una armonización interpretativa de estos mismos, para analizar posteriormente las posibilidades de construir normativa regional. Se reseñan los alcances de la disciplina de estudio denominada derecho internacional de los derechos humanos, en razón de que los tratados internacionales de protección a tales derechos incluyen la protección de migrantes como un colectivo social vulnerable, enmarcado en esta perspectiva. Neste trabalho se fará uma análise das normas regionais sobre os direitos humanos, como parte de um projeto do IDELA sobre as tendências migratórias atuais na América Latina, colocando em evidencia os esforços para uma harmonização interpretativa dos mesmos, para posteriormente serem analisados as possibilidades de construir normas regionais. A ênfase será em torno aos avanços da disciplina chamada Direito Internacional dos Direitos Humanos, motivada por tratados internacionais de proteção, que a esses direitos incluem proteção dos imigrantes como um grupo social vulnerável, dentro desta perspectiva.
