A partir del análisis conjunto entre una profesional que trabaja en la materia y un investigador, se busca dar cuenta de algunas buenas prácticas, desafíos y recomendaciones para el trabajo con este colectivo, sin perderde vista sus particularidades culturales, biografías y cargas. En este marco, se buscará comprenderlas implicancias de una política migratoria basada en los derechos humanos para el trabajo conesta población en particular, en un mundo que tiende a cerrar sus fronteras para las migraciones internacionales.This article begins with a review on the situation of refugees in general and then assesses the work’s perspective and the actions carried out in Argentina with asylum seekers and refugees children. This joint analysis between a professional who works with them and an academic, seeks to identify some good practices, challenges and recommendations to work with this particular group, taking into account their cultural backgrounds, their biographies and loads. In this framework, we seek to understand the implications of an immigration policy based on human rights for working with this population in particular, in a world that tends to close its borders to international migration.
