The study begins by examining the androcentric view of society, which has fostered its heteronormativity and patriarchal system. It then explores the evolution of the concepts of gender perspective and gender identity. Finally, the analysis evaluates judgments and advisory opinions issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR) on matters concerning non-discrimination, sexual orientation, family, work, and equal protection under the law. These legal decisions establish reparative actions to safeguard and advance the rights of vulnerable groups. The study also aims to underscore the reparative measures concerning non-repetition guarantees, which the Inter-American Court advocates to promote mechanisms and public policies that States must adopt to overcome barriers of discrimination and social stigma that continue to impact Latin American societies. El objetivo principal de este análisis investigativo es introducir un nuevo enfoque de la transversalización de la perspectiva de género, en el cual no solo se incluyen a mujeres y niñas, sino también a la población LGBTI. El estudio parte de la visión androcentrista de la sociedad que ha conllevado a su heteronormatividad y sistema patriarcal, al desarrollo de los conceptos de perspectiva e identidad de género y finaliza con la evaluación de las sentencias y la opinión consultiva emitida por la Corte IDH, en temas relacionados a la no discriminación, orientación sexual, familia, trabajo y la igualdad de protección ante la ley, en donde se determinan medidas de reparativas para proteger y promover derechos a poblaciones vulnerables. Asimismo, se pretende acentuar las medidas de reparación en relación con las garantías de no repetición, las cuales la Corte Interamericana dictamina con el fin de fomentar mecanismos y políticas públicas que los Estados deben adoptar para superar las barreras de discriminación y estigma social que aún afectan a las sociedades latinoamericanas. O principal objetivo desta análise investigativa é apresentar uma nova abordagem de transversalização da perspectiva de gênero, que não só inclua mulheres e meninas, mas também a população LGBTI. O estudo parte da visão androcêntrica da sociedade que tem levado à sua heteronormatividade e ao sistema patriarcal, explora o desenvolvimento dos conceitos de perspectiva e identidade de gênero e termina com a avaliação das sentenças e opiniões consultivas emitidas pela Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos (Corte IDH), em assuntos relacionados à não discriminação, orientação sexual, família, trabalho e igualdade de proteção perante a lei, onde são determinadas medidas reparadoras para proteger e promover os direitos de populações vulneráveis. Da mesma forma, busca-se ressaltar as medidas de reparação em relação às garantias de não repetição, as quais a Corte Interamericana estabelece para promover mecanismos e políticas públicas que os Estados devem adotar para superar as barreiras de discriminação e estigma social que ainda prejudicam as sociedades latino-americanas.
