This procedure aims to facilitate interactions between participants and victims to enhance contributions to the truth. This procedure faces problems that hinder the guarantee of victims' rights, conflicting with the principle of centrality of the victims. In this framework, we propose a mnemonic justice model as an ethical and procedural minimum at this stage of the process. This model can offer the participants tools to address to the needs of the victims in an effective manner. La Jurisdicción Especial Para la Paz (JEP) trajo en su arreglo institucional un procedimiento dialógico previo que tiene la finalidad de servir de encuentro entre comparecientes y víctimas para maximizar los aportes a la verdad; en este procedimiento existen problemas que impiden la garantía de los derechos de las víctimas, con lo cual se marcha en contravía al principio de centralidad de las víctimas. En este marco, proponemos un modelo de justicia mnemónica como mínimo ético y procedimental en esta etapa del proceso, pues puede ofrecer a los comparecientes herramientas para responder a las necesidades de las víctimas, a la vez que se responde a estas de manera efectiva. A Jurisdição Especial para a Paz (JEP) introduziu em sua estrutura institucional um procedimento dialógico prévio que visa servir como ponto de encontro entre participantes e vítimas, a fim de maximizar as contribuições para a verdade. Nesse procedimento existem problemas que impedem a garantia dos direitos das vítimas, o que vai contra o princípio da centralidade das vítimas. Nesse contexto, propomos um modelo de justiça mnemônica como um mínimo ético e processual nessa etapa do processo, pois pode oferecer aos participantes ferramentas para atender às necessidades das vítimas, respondendo a elas de maneira eficaz.
