For this reason, the methodology aims to identify: How digital goods and services were granted, to promote better levels of connectivity and thereby promote the teaching and learning process, at higher education levels during the covid-19 pandemic? Consequently, the technique employed to collect the information adhered to the right of access to information, and as an instrument a questionnaire was sent to 35 autonomous public universities in Mexico, whose responses were transformed into a dichotomous variable, dynamic tables and personalized graphs. The main results refer that the delivery of digital educational goods and services was granted under conditions of equity, giving to some, but not to others. For this reason, the conclusions identify how the UPAS expand their portfolio of educational platforms and digital tools to give continuity to educational processes, in the face of an evident context of digital inequalities. El objetivo es estudiar cómo la entrega de bienes y servicios digitales, materializa derechos humanos, especialmente el derecho a la educación, con la intención de revertir la brecha digital. Por este motivo, la metodología pretende identificar ¿cómo se otorgaron bienes y servicios digitales, para promover mejores niveles de conectividad y con ello fomentar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, en niveles de educación superior durante la pandemia de covid-19?  En consecuencia, la técnica para recolectar la información se apegó al derecho al acceso a la información, y como instrumento se envió un cuestionario a 35 universidades públicas autóno- mas en México, cuyas respuestas se transformaron en variable dicotómica, tablas dinámicas y gráficos personalizados. Los principales resultados refieren que la entrega de bienes y servicios educativos digitales se otorgó en condiciones de equidad, dando a unos, pero no a otros. Por ello las conclusiones identifican como las UPAS amplían su portafolio de plataformas educativas y de herramientas digitales para dar continuidad a los procesos educativos, ante un contexto evidente de desigualdades digitales. O objetivo é estudar como a entrega de bens e serviços digitais materializa os direitos humanos, especialmente o direito à educação, com o intuito de reverter a exclusão digital. Por esse motivo, a metodologia visa identificar como foram concedidos bens e serviços digitais, para promover melhores níveis de conectividade e, assim, promover o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, em níveis de ensino superior durante a pandemia covid-19? Consequentemente, a técnica de coleta da informação aderiu ao direito de acesso à informação, e como instrumento foi enviado um ques- tionário a 35 universidades públicas autônomas do México, cujas respostas foram transformadas em variável dicotômica, tabelas dinâmicas e gráficos personalizados.
