For this, some of the factors that account for the systematic nature of the commission of these events are addressed, from the analysis of the dynamics of the local powers that contribute to crime and the violation of the rights of those who perform the exercise of defense of these; to subsequently reflect on the growing political and social polarization that promotes, through incitement to hatred and persecution against political opponents, the use of violence and the permanence of institutional and irregular practices linked to the doctrine of the "internal enemy". El presente artículo aborda la reflexión acerca de las dificultades y los retos que se evidencian frente a la construcción de la paz territorial en Colombia, ante la creciente violencia sociopolítica contra líderes sociales y defensores de derechos humanos, en el periodo posterior a la firma del acuerdo de paz suscrito entre las Farc y el gobierno de Juan Manuel Santos. Para ello, se abordan algunos de los factores  que dan cuenta de la sistematicidad en la comisión de estos hechos,  a partir del análisis de  las dinámicas de los poderes locales que contribuyen a la criminalidad y la vulneración de los derechos de quienes realizan el ejercicio de defensa de estos;  para, posteriormente, dar lugar a la reflexión sobre  la creciente polarización política y social que promueve,  a partir de la incitación al  odio y la persecución contra los contradictores políticos,  el uso de la violencia y la permanencia de prácticas institucionales e irregulares ligadas a la doctrina del “enemigo interno”. O presente artigo aborda a reflexão sobre as dificuldades e os desafios que se evidenciam em frente a construção da paz territorial na Colômbia, diante da crescente violência sociopolítica contra líderes sociais e defensores de direitos humanos, no período posterior à assinatura do acordo de paz assinado entre as Farc e o governo de Juan Manuel Santos. Para isso, se abordam alguns dos fatores que tratam da sistematicidade na comissão desses fatos, a partir da análise das dinâmicas dos poderes locais que contribuem à criminalidade e a vulneração dos direitos daqueles que realizam o exercício de defesa destes; para posteriormente, refletir sobre a crescente polarização política e social que promove, a partir do incitamento ao ódio e à perseguição contra os opositores políticos, o uso da violência e a permanência de práticas institucionais e irregulares ligadas à doutrina do "inimigo interno".
