Among the results, it is possible to advance that young people express a favorable position with respect to some principles related to human rights, such as freedom of belief, equality and respect for diversity, the role of the State as guarantor of rights, among others. Along with this, new elements are incorporated into the discussion, based on three central categories that cross similar research at the international level, which can be grouped into: pedagogical practices, educational management, social justice and inclusion. In each of them, in turn, reference will be made to three intervening variables in human rights education: cognitive, affective-behavioral and contextual. El presente artículo da cuenta de los principales resultados de una investigación sobre significaciones que atribuye un grupo de estudiantes universitarios a los derechos humanos en Chile. Entre aquellos, es posible adelantar que los jóvenes manifiestan una postura favorable con respecto a algunos principios referidos a los derechos humanos, como la libertad de creencias, la igualdad, el respeto a la diversidad, el papel del Estado como garante de derechos, entre otros. Junto con ello, se incorporan nuevos elementos a la discusión, a partir de tres categorías centrales que cruzan investigaciones similares en el nivel internacional, agrupadas en prácticas pedagógicas, gestión educativa, justicia social e inclusión. En cada una de ellas, a su vez, se hará referencia a tres variables intervinientes en la educación en derechos humanos: cognitivas, afectivo-conductuales y contextuales.   Este artigo apresenta os principais resultados de uma investigação sobre significações que atribuem um grupo de estudantes universitários aos direitos humanos no Chile. Entre os resultados, é possível antecipar que os jovens manifestam uma posição favorável em relação a alguns princípios relacionados aos direitos humanos, como a liberdade de crença, a igualdade e o respeito à diversidade, o papel do Estado como garante de direitos, entre outros. Junto a isso, novos elementos são incorporados à discussão, a partir de três categorias centrais que cruzam investigações semelhantes em nível internacional, que podem ser agrupadas em: práticas pedagógicas, gestão educacional, justiça social e inclusão. Em cada uma delas, por sua vez, será feita referência a três variáveis intervenientes na educação em direitos humanos: cognitiva, afetivo-comportamental e contextual.
