Respecting the principle of good administration is a right of citizens, which translates into profound changes in the management of fundamental social rights. Here are described some innovative blockchain applications implemented by the state organizations of Argentina, Colombia, Spain, and Georgia. Their development is a challenge for modern democracies. El uso de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación es cada vez mayor. El respeto al principio de buena administración es un derecho de los ciudadanos, lo que se traduce en cambios profundos en la gestión de los derechos sociales fundamentales. Se describen aquí algunas aplicaciones innovadoras de blockchain implementadas por la organización estatal de Argentina, Colombia, España y Georgia. Su desarrollo es un desafío para las democracias modernas.
