Each of them is assigned specific powers, such as the forms of control between these branches. This topic is the foundational idea behind the creation of this article, as it reflects the independence in the roles of each branch and the limits exercised from within the same power. In the analysis, it is emphasized that each of the mentioned branches is not superior to the others, but, as the phrase itself determines (branches), they constitute specific parts with determined functions, ultimately forming a unified whole. In the political reality of El Salvador, this situation often fails to materialize, as it reflects a culture of the predominance of the Executive Branch over the others. The article provides a doctrinal framework of checks and balances through the state's branches, the main functions of each when it comes to control, and a practical relationship of their implementation in the political reality of El Salvador. The aim is to provoke reflection on the necessity and importance of such controls and their effectiveness. La Constitución de la República de El Salvador establece a sus tres órganos de Gobierno: el Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial. A cada uno de ellos les determina facultades específicas, como, por ejemplo, las formas de control entre dichos órganos. Este tema es la idea fundacional de la creación del artículo, pues refleja esa independencia en las labores de cada órgano y los límites que se ejercen desde el mismo poder. Dentro del análisis, se recalca que cada uno de los mencionados órganos no son superiores entre ellos, sino que, como la misma frase lo determina (órganos), constituyen partes específicas con funciones determinadas, pero que finalmente son una unidad en completo. Esta situación, en la realidad política de El Salvador, muchas veces no logra materializarse, puesto que se refleja la cultura del predominio del Órgano Ejecutivo sobre los demás. El artículo muestra un marco doctrinal de los límites al poder a través de los órganos del Estado, las funciones principales de cada uno al momento de controlar y una relación práctica de su puesta en marcha en la realidad política de El Salvador, con el fin de entrar en la reflexión de la necesidad e importancia de este tipo de controles y su efectividad.
