The solution is studied from the perspective of comparative law analyzing about legal provisions from 13 foreign countries most influential in the civil legal system. La investigación desarrollada trata de solucionar el problema de la pluralidad de sucesiones que acontece en la apertura de la sucesión por existir un conflicto de leyes a nivel internacional, en donde se advierte una doble aceptación de herencia. La solución se estudia desde la perspectiva del derecho comparado analizando las disposiciones jurídicas de alrededor de 13 países extranjeros la mayoría con influencia en el sistema jurídico romanista.
