This prestigious publication contains articles that, due to their diversity of subjects in legal sciences, will undoubtedly generate interest and attention among the student, teaching, and professional community. This aims to increase knowledge about current issues and stimulate a debate about the evolution of certain legal institutions and theories, particularly in the context of Latin American regions and, of course, within our own national reality. La Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales en su labor por promover, producir y socializar contenidos académicos mediante su revista Derecho, tiene el gusto de presentar para este año dos mil dieciocho, una nueva edición de su prestigioso órgano de divulgación, con artículos que por su diversidad de materias en ciencias jurídicas, generará - con mucha seguridad - el interés y atención para la comunidad estudiantil, docente y profesional, tanto para incrementar el conocimiento sobre temas de actualidad como para provocar un debate en torno a la evolución de ciertas instituciones y teorías en el mundo del Derecho, particularmente cuando se trata de su aplicación en latitudes latinoamericanas y desde luego, en la misma realidad nacional.
