This study shows the ways of working in the laboratory, as well as the processes of student training. This study based on in-depth interviews with the leaders in the researchs lines and who are responsible for the laboratories in the areas of Biochemistry in Medicine and Plants in Ecology. For this article it was necessary to understand what laboratory work is like and the effect of interrupting this activity for an indeterminate period. The research is based on a phenomenological perspective. Look for those significant aspects that the research teacher describes and interprets. From that event, a process of several stages of short and medium-term resilience begins El presente artículo tiene el propósito de mostrar las condiciones de trabajo de académicos (as) investigadores en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México en el laboratorio durante la etapa de la pandemia COVID 19 (2020-2021). Este estudio, muestra las formas de trabajo en el laboratorio, así como los procesos de formación de estudiantes. Es un estudio basado en entrevistas a profundidad a los líderes que encabezan líneas de investigación y que son responsables de los laboratorios en el área de Bioquímica en Medicina y Plantas en Ecología. Para este artículo fue necesario entender cómo es el trabajo de laboratorio y el efecto que tiene la interrupción durante un periodo indeterminado de esa actividad. La investigación se basa en una perspectiva fenomenológica. Busca aquellos aspectos significativos que el profesor investigador describe e interpreta. A partir de ese evento inicia un proceso de varias etapas de resiliencia de corto y mediano plazo Universidad de El Salvador.
