This will reaffirm the aspirations of the Revolutionary Government, of which the education occupies a basic place in our country. La imposibilidad de establecer bibliotecas permanentes en Nicaragua, plantea la necesidad de promover la creación de bibliotecas móviles que puedan cubrir grandes aéreas geográficas llevando libros hacia quienes no pueden disponer de lecturas. Esto reafirmará las aspiraciones del Gobierno Revolucionario, de que la educación ocupe un lugar primordial en nuestro país.
