These were developed for the final work of graduation in order to opt for the bachelor's degree in Librarianship and Documentation. These investigations correspond to: Strategic alliances between the Public Library of Puriscal and the Library Darío Flores Hernández, as well as, Study and training of users as customers of Sistema de Información para las Artes de la Universidad Nacional and finally, The services of specialized information to support the business intelligence; a study based on the large industry of Costa Rica. Este escrito contiene un breve resumen y los principales objetivos propuestos en tres temas de investigación. Estos fueron desarrollados para el trabajo final de graduación con el fin de optar por el grado de Licenciatura en Bibliotecología y Documentación. Estas investigaciones corresponden a: Alianzas estratégicas entre la Biblioteca Pública de Puriscal y la Biblioteca Darío Flores Hernández, así como, Estudio y formación de usuarios como clientes de servicios de información en el Sistema de Información para las Artes de la Universidad Nacional y finalmente, Los servicios de información especializada como apoyo a la inteligencia empresarial; un estudio basado en la industria grande costarricense.
