Reference is also made to the limited useful and independent use of technologies to address the control to which they have been subjected by different governments, analysing real and effective democracy in the domain of communications. Se analiza la relación del ser humano con el desarrollo de una sociedad de la información, tanto así que todos los sectores de la vida cotidiana: finanzas, ocio, salud, educación, entre otros, en la actualidad están inmersos en la tecnología informática y las telecomunicaciones. También se hace referencia al limitado uso útil e independiente de las tecnologías para abordar el control al que han sido sometidas por parte de los diferentes gobiernos, analizando la democracia real y efectiva en el dominio de las comunicaciones. Analisa a relação do ser humano com o desenvolvimento de uma sociedade da informação, tanto que todos os setores da vida cotidiana: finanças, lazer, saúde, educação, entre outros, estão atualmente imersos em tecnologia da informação e telecomunicações. Também é feita referência ao uso limitado, útil e independente, das tecnologias para abordar o controle a que têm sido submetidas por diferentes governos, analisando a democracia real e efetiva no domínio das comunicações.
