The criteria taken into account are related to: Academic Personnel, Curriculum, Students, Administration, Infrastructure and Equipment and Impact and Relevance. It seeks to ensure process quality to students, graduates, employers and national and international society. En el presente documento se describe la forma en la cual se desarrolló el proceso de autoevaluación con miras a la acreditación de la Carrera de Bibliotecología y Documentación entre 1999-2004, teniendo como base el "Manual de Acreditación" del Sistema Nacional de Acreditación, SINAES. Los criterios que se tomaron en cuenta están relacionados con: Personal académico, Curriculum, Estudiantes, Administración, Infraestructura y Equipo e Impacto y Pertinencia. Se busca con este proceso garantizar calidad a los estudiantes, graduados, empleadores y a la sociedad nacional e internacional. Este documento descreve a forma como o processo de auto-avaliação foi desenvolvido tendo em vista a acreditação da Carreira de Biblioteca e Documentação entre 1999-2004, com base no "Manual de Acreditação" do Sistema Nacional de Acreditação, SINAES. Os critérios tidos em conta estão relacionados: Pessoal Acadêmico, Currículo, Estudantes, Administração, Infraestrutura e Equipamentos e Impacto e Relevância. Este processo visa garantir a qualidade para estudantes, graduados, empregadores e sociedade nacional e internacional.
