Finally, reference is made to the workshops and the different discussion spaces that were established based on the manifesto, as well as the guidelines and directives that guide library development. Se presentan algunas consideraciones sobre el Seminario Centroamericano celebrado en 2007, toma en consideración los objetivos fundamentales que orientaron este evento, además se menciona el estado actual de las bibliotecas públicas, bibliotecas escolares y el uso de Internet en la región centroamericana. Por último se hace referencia a los talleres y los distintos espacios de discusión que se establecieron basados en el manifiesto, así como los lineamientos y directrices que orientan el desarrollo bibliotecario. Algumas considerações são apresentadas no Seminário Centro-Americano realizado em 2007, leva em consideração os objetivos fundamentais que orientaram este evento, também menciona o estado atual das bibliotecas públicas, bibliotecas escolares e o uso da Internet na região centro-americana. Finalmente, é feita referência às oficinas e aos diferentes espaços de discussão que foram estabelecidos com base no manifesto, bem como às diretrizes e diretrizes que orientam o desenvolvimento da biblioteca.
