The general objective of this research work was to produce a printed and digital reference work, which will compile each of the biographies and works written by the Beneméritos(as) of the Homeland and Honorary Citizens and thus facilitate access to information and strengthen the work of dissemination carried out by the "Víctor Manuel Sanabria Martínez" Library of the Legislative Assembly, through its publications, exhibitions and related activities, to publicize their documentary collections. La sociedad actual, llamada sociedad de la información, crece aceleradamente y experimenta cambios en las fuentes de información debido a las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (“Tics”), ante esta situación es necesario crear instrumentos o fuentes de referencia que permitan al(a la) usuario(a) la accesibilidad y aprovechamiento de la información. El objetivo general de este trabajo de investigación fue, realizar una obra de referencia impresa y digital, la cual recopilará cada una de las biografías y las obras escritas por los(as) Beneméritos(as) de la Patria y Ciudadanos(as) de Honor y así facilitar el acceso a la información y reforzar la labor de divulgación que lleva a cabo la Biblioteca “Víctor Manuel Sanabria Martínez” de la Asamblea Legislativa, mediante sus publicaciones, exposiciones y actividades afines, para dar a conocer sus fondos documentales.
