Mi camino en las artes escénicas comenzó en el 2010, cuando me acerqué al teatro aficionado y descubrí una forma de expresión que me atravesó por completo. En el 2013 me integré al grupo Giratablas, y al año siguiente ingresé al Taller Nacional de Teatro, donde me gradué en el 2015 con la obra Historias de Fusil. Esa etapa fue clave para consolidar mi compromiso con el teatro, no solo como oficio, sino como una manera de habitar el mundo. My name is Dayana Garita Ramírez. I’m from Cartago, and I work as a professor at the National Technical University, where I also lead the representative theater group Arena y Sol.My journey in the performing arts began in 2010, when I was introduced to amateur theater and discovered a form of expression that deeply transformed me.In 2013, I joined the group Giratablas, and the following year I entered the National Theater Workshop (Taller Nacional de Teatro), where I graduated in 2015 with the play Historias de Fusil.That stage was key in solidifying my commitment to theater—not only as a craft, but as a way of inhabiting the world. Meu nome é Dayana Garita Ramírez, sou de Cartago e sou professora na Universidade Técnica Nacional, onde também coordeno o grupo de teatro representativo Arena y Sol.Minha trajetória nas artes cênicas começou em 2010, quando me aproximei do teatro amador e descobri uma forma de expressão que me atravessou por completo.Em 2013, ingressei no grupo Giratablas e, no ano seguinte, entrei no Taller Nacional de Teatro, onde me formei em 2015 com a peça Historias de Fusil.Essa etapa foi fundamental para consolidar meu compromisso com o teatro—não apenas como ofício, mas como uma maneira de habitar o mundo.
