These tools have precipitated a revolution for both students and teachers, having to adapt their way of learning and teaching to a new educational context. The objective is to provide necessary tools that allow the elimination of technological gaps, in order to give a precise and real follow-up of the educational processes, allowing to adapt and seek evolution in the professional field and in the forms of communication. Being a theoretical article, the method implemented is the systematization of contributions and points of view of various authors, based on a bibliographic selection of reliable sources that refer to the current impact of ICT in Education, as well as Pedagogical Trends that strengthen strategies. to build literacy environments. It concludes by mentioning that colossal steps are currently being taken on the use of new technologies where the educational context is no exception, it is recommended to innovate the practice to achieve the objectives, bearing in mind that a board and the physical classroom went to the background. Las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC), en las aulas han supuesto un cambio de metodología en la educación del siglo XXI. Estas herramientas han precipitado una revolución tanto para alumnos como profesores, teniendo que adaptar su forma de aprender y de enseñar a un nuevo contexto educativo. El objetivo es brindar herramientas necesarias que permitan eliminar brechas tecnológicas, con la finalidad de dar un seguimiento preciso y real de los procesos educativos, permitiendo adaptarse y buscar la evolución en el ámbito profesional y en las formas de comunicación. Al ser un artículo teórico, el método implementado es la sistematización de aportes y puntos de vistas de variados autores, partiendo de una selección bibliográfica de fuentes confiables que refieren al impacto actual de las TIC en la Educación, así como las Tendencias Pedagógicas que fortalecen estrategias para construir ambientes alfabetizadores. Se concluye mencionando que actualmente se vive a pasos colosales sobre el uso de las nuevas tecnologías donde el contexto educativo no es excepción, se recomienda innovar la práctica para alcanzar los objetivos, teniendo presente que un tablero y el aula física pasó a un segundo plano.
