We will demonstrate how this participation creates a sense of belonging and how it will help generate wealth for a collective benefit, without neglecting the ownership and direction of the person who made the initial investment, that is, the owners. We will show that this not only has an economic impact, but also a more important social one. El presente trabajo trata de explicar cómo beneficia el permitir la participación de los trabajadores en las estructuras de las organizaciones empresariales de manera integral, contribuyendo en las decisiones controladas y también en los beneficios. Demostraremos cómo esta participación crea un sentido de pertenencia y la forma en que ayudará a generar riquezas para un beneficio colectivo, sin dejar de lado la propiedad y dirección de quien hizo su inversión inicial, o sea, los dueños. Demostraremos que esto no solo tiene un impacto económico, sino uno más importante, que es el social. Universidad de Panamá.
