La autora en este trabajo presenta un panorama breve sobre los tipos de conductas que conlleva una responsabilidad penal, pues advierte que  toda actuación médica conforme a la lex artis,  no es motivo de responsabilidad, y con ello distingue entre las actuaciones deliberadas  que dañan o ponen en peligro la vida y la integridad personal del paciente, respecto de los frecuentes casos de conducta imprudentes.
