Pierre Bourdieu marxism types of capital labor social time Pierre Bourdieu marxismo tipos de capital trabajo tiempo social In this paper we deal with the conceptualization regarding time, labour and capital in the theory of the French sociologist Pierre Boudieu (1930-2002). We demonstrate that his theoretical developments in respect to these categories are compatible with the theoretical matriz founded by Karl Marx, as specific forms accumulative of praxis. Thus, Bourdieu’s pretended pluralism can be intrepreted from the perspective of a socio-historical dialectical totality. En este texto se aborda la conceptualización del sociólogo francés Pierre Bourdieu (1930-2002) respecto a las categorías de tiempo, trabajo y capital. Se argumenta que sus desarrollos en torno a estas categorías son compatibles con la matriz teórica abierta por Karl Marx, como formas específicas de praxis de carácter acumulativo. De este modo, el pretendido pluralismo de Bourdieu puede ser reinterpretado desde una perspectiva de totalidad dialéctica socio histórica.
