Itsgeneral objective is to analyze the relationship between the job profilesof the CIDE secretarial team and the duties and functions performedby these collaborators and their impact on job performance in the year2022. The research was carried out under the vision of the naturalisticparadigm, as it is intended to know the interactions of a group of peopleand their context starting from a given reality. A qualitative and descriptiveresearch approach was used. The findings revealed significant benefits forthe CIDE in terms of the relationship between the functions performed bythe secretarial team and those stated in the job profiles of administrativepositions. Among the conclusions, it was found that some of the tasks ofthese collaborators do not fall within the aforementioned profiles. El artículo aborda el tema de la relación entre los perfiles de puesto ylas funciones ejecutadas y cómo esta situación influye en el desempeñolaboral. Su objetivo general es analizar la relación entre los perfiles depuestos del equipo secretarial del CIDE y las obligaciones y funcionesque ejecutan dichos colaboradores y su impacto en el desempeño laboral,en el año 2022. La investigación se ejecutó bajo la visión del paradigmanaturalista, en tanto se pretende conocer las interacciones de un grupo depersonas y su contexto partiendo de una realidad determinada. Se empleóun estudio bajo el enfoque de investigación cualitativo y tipo descriptivo.Los hallazgos revelaron beneficios significativos para el CIDE en cuantoa la relación entre las funciones desempeñadas por el equipo secretarialy las consignadas en los perfiles de puestos de cargos administrativos.Entre las conclusiones se encontró que algunas de las labores de dichoscolaboradores no se ubican dentro de los mencionados perfiles.
