A delimited territory of a parish is established by the ecclesial authorities and has had distinct functions throughout history. A current process of disengagement of the religious life of the parish community with its territorial delimitation forces to reanalyze their relationships, in cities where mobilization and digital culture originate new territorial processes. The objective of this study was to identify the territory of the parish of Our Lady of the Forsaken, according to its definition, and to clarify it with respect to the territorial delimitation assigned to it. We conducted experiential fieldwork with the parish faithful and the sacred spaces that they appropriated through their religious practices were mapped. The findings contribute to the understanding of the appropriation of Catholic groups in different hierarchies of ecclesial groups and the spatio-temporal dynamicity of their territories. La parroquia católica es hoy día definida como una comunidad de fieles y siempre se le ha sido inherente su característica territorial. La delimitación del territorio de una parroquia es establecida por las autoridades eclesiales y ha poseído distintas funciones a lo largo de historia. Un actual proceso de desvinculación de la vida religiosa de la comunidad parroquial con su delimitación territorial obliga a reanalizar sus relaciones, sobre todo en las ciudades donde la movilización y la cultura digital originan nuevos procesos territoriales. El objetivo de este estudio fue el de identificar el territorio de la parroquia de Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados, de acuerdo con la apropiación de su comunidad, y diferenciarlo respecto a la delimitación que se le asignó. Se realizó un trabajo de campo experiencial con los fieles de la parroquia y se cartografiaron los espacios sagrados que apropiaban mediante sus prácticas religiosas. Los hallazgos aportan también al entendimiento de la apropiación de grupos católicos en otras jerarquizaciones eclesiales y la dinamicidad espacio-temporal de sus territorios. A paróquia católica é definida como uma comunidade de fiéis e sempre foi inerentemente territorial. A delimitação do território de uma paróquia é estabelecida pelas autoridades eclesiásticas e teve diferentes funções ao longo da história. Um processo atual de dissociação da vida religiosa da comunidade paroquial com a sua delimitação territorial torna necessário reanalisar as suas relações, especialmente nas cidades onde a mobilização e a cultura digital dão origem a novos processos territoriais. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar o território da paróquia de Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados, de acordo com a sua definição, e clarificar a delimitação territorial que lhe é atribuída. Foi realizado um trabalho de campo vivencial com os fiéis da paróquia e mapeados os espaços sagrados dos quais eles se apropriam através de suas práticas religiosas.
