It is important to understand that many constructions omitted the characteristics of the soil, therefore, the objective is to identify sinkholes according to data from the Secretariat of Integral Risk Management and Civil Protection of the CDMX, investigating what happened in the municipality Miguel Hidalgo derived from the constant collapse of mines examining with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and geomatics, with the purpose of reinforcing structures in high-risk zones and limiting their urban growth, which could be replicated in other parts of Latin America where the geographical, economic and social characteristics are similar to the study area. La problemática existente de autoconstrucciones en áreas minadas es algo histórico en ciertas zonas de la República Mexicana, deviniendo riesgo latente de colapso en algunas viviendas construidas en la Ciudad de México (CDMX). Es importante comprender que muchas construcciones omitían las características del suelo, por lo anterior, el objetivo es identificar socavones según datos de la Secretaría de Gestión Integral de Riesgos y Protección Civil de la CDMX, investigando lo acontecido en la alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo derivado del constante colapso de minas examinando con Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG) y geomática, con la finalidad de instaurar reforzamiento de estructuras en zonas de alto riesgo limitando también su crecimiento urbano, lo anterior, podrá replicarse en otras partes del América Latina donde las características geográficas, económicas y sociales, sean similares al área de estudio. O problema existente de auto-construções em áreas minadas é algo histórico em certas áreas da República Mexicana, tornando-se um risco latente de colapso em algumas casas construídas na Cidade do México (CDMX). É importante compreender que muitas construções omitiram as características do solo, por isso, o objetivo é identificar os sinkholes de acordo com os dados da Secretaria de Gestão Integrada de Riscos e Proteção Civil da CDMX, investigando o que aconteceu no município Miguel Hidalgo derivado do constante colapso das minas examinando com Sistemas de Informação Geográfica (SIG) e geomática, O objetivo é reforçar as estruturas em zonas de risco e limitar o crescimento urbano, o que poderia ser replicado noutras zonas da América Latina onde as características geográficas, económicas e sociais são semelhantes às da área de estudo.
