This analysis, questions the universality of the model defined as: "Entrepreneurial Potential" by Roberto Olmos in the Honduran context. En esta investigación, se consideró el análisis de las variables denominadas como: Capital Intelectual y “Networking” como posibles causales del incremento en la Capacidad Emprendedora, de los Ingenieros Industriales egresados de la Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC) en los años 2007 y 2008 en el campus de Francisco Morazán. Esta pesquisa, replica en el análisis realizado por el Docente Roberto Olmos de la Universidad de Madrid, en el año 2013, sobre profesionales (exempleados) de empresas multinacionales y su capacidad emprendedora después de dejar de laboral en estas organizaciones.  Cabe señalar que este análisis cuestiona la universalidad del modelo denominado como: “Potencial Emprendedor” de Roberto Olmos en el contexto hondureño.
