The multiple voices that defended the participation of women in education soon found detractors, obscurantist arguments that denied the education of women jumped everywhere. Various and perverse were the arguments used to exclude women from knowledge and wisdom. Mucho antes de obtener el derecho al voto, las mujeres lucharon en Europa y en América por educarse. Las múltiples voces que defendían la participación, de las mujeres en la educación pronto encontraron detractores, saltaron por doquier argumentos oscurantistas que negaban la educación de las mujeres. Diversos y perversos fueron los argumentos esgrimidos para excluir a las mujeres del conocimiento y el saber.
