Therefore, the proposed objective is to reflect on the exercise of university teaching from the pedagogies of differences proposed by Carlos Skliar. As a result of the above, it is considered the relevance of making a stop in the rush so as not to overlook the training processes of the students; recognize the multiplicity, doing education and conversation within the university context; as well as otherness as an important aspect within the educational weighing, since it reveals a "normality", which cannot be sustained within university classrooms. Therefore, the articulation of the pedagogies of differences for university teaching lies in reflecting on the urgency, resuming the conversation in the classroom, as well as the responsibility of the teacher and recognizing the people who are part of the pedagogical act. Resumen Las pedagogías de las diferencias se basan en el reconocer a la otra persona, el conversar para hacer procesos educativos y crear nuevos conocimientos dentro de un contexto de inmediatez, el cual, empuja al sistema educativo a responder a ciertos parámetros o indicadores desde el hacer y enseñar en las aulas. Por lo tanto, objetivo propuesto es reflexionar sobre el ejercicio de la docencia universitaria a partir de las pedagogías de las diferencias propuestas por Carlos Skliar. A raíz de lo anterior, se considera la pertinencia de hacer un alto en la premura para no pasar por alto los procesos formativos de las personas estudiantes; reconocer la multiplicidad, el hacer educación y la conversación dentro el contexto universitario; así como la alteridad como un aspecto importante dentro del sopesar docente, puesto que devela una “normalidad”, la cual no se puede sostener dentro de las aulas universitarias. Por tanto, la articulación de las pedagogías de las diferencias para la docencia universitaria radica en reflexionar sobre la urgencia, retomar la conversación en las aulas, así como la responsabilidad de la persona docente y el reconocer a las personas que forman parte del hecho pedagógico.
