Reconciliación conflicto social Genocidio Armenio víctima perpetrador. This article aims to analyze the Theory of Reconciliation proposed by the TRANSCEND School of Peace Research. A preliminary approach to the topic allows to suggest the following question: Which is object of reconciliation? The answer to this question will allow the conceptualization of reconciliation as a dispute intervention process who promotes dialogue and peace building with respect to those social relations where there has been an episode of violence and the relationship between the parties has broken, reaching diverse dimensions of social conflict (micro, meso, macro, mega and meta levels).Finally, it will be exposed how reconciliation allows to demonstrate that social relations are dynamic, flexible and sensitive to the variables of time, space and place, as well as the conflicts. This leads to affirm that every controversy that has escalated to the point of generating violence causing a rupture in the relationship can also become peaceful; this refers to the hopeful vision of reconciliation. El presente artículo tiene por objeto analizar la Teoría de la Reconciliación propuesta por la Escuela TRANSCEND de Investigación para la Paz. Una primera aproximación al tema admite plantear la siguiente pregunta: ¿Qué es objeto de reconciliación? La respuesta a esta interrogante permitirá conceptualizar la reconciliación como un proceso de intervención de disputas que promueve el diálogo y la construcción de la paz respecto de aquellas relaciones sociales donde se ha dado un episodio de violencia que ha quebrado la relación entre las partes, alcanzando distintas dimensiones del conflicto social (niveles micro, meso, macro, mega y meta).Asimismo, se expondrá cómo la reconciliación permite evidenciar que las relaciones sociales son dinámicas, flexibles y sensibles a las variables de tiempo, espacio y lugar, así como también los conflictos. Esto conduce a afirmar que toda controversia que ha escalado hasta el punto de generar violencia y provocar una ruptura en la relación, puede también tornarse pacífica; esto último remite a la visión esperanzadora de la reconciliación.
