The voluntary and assisted relocation of these people in this location occurred, for the most part, through the actions implemented by Operation Shelter and Project Shelter. Until September 2022, 3.349 people from the Venezuelan population had already been relocated to Dourados, of which 2.612 had arrived in the locality through the process of interiorization through family reunification and social gathering, based on the concept of family based on affectivity. Thus, this study aims to analyze the right to family reunification of immigrants and refugees as a human and fundamental right, as well as the public policies implemented in the aforementioned municipality to guarantee them this right and promote their local integration into the host society. The research is justified by bringing an analysis of the access policy and implementation of the right to family reunion of these people, through the mentioned process, with a view to their local integration. Therefore, the deductive method is used, in a qualitative approach, in a basic research of bibliographic and documentary references to verify how the right to family reunion has been guaranteed to this group of Dourados. Finally, it appears necessary to develop a public policy at the three federal levels of government to ensure their local integration into the host society, since relocation by family reunification and social gathering are not enough. El municipio de Dourados, ubicado en el estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, es el cuarto mayor receptor de personas inmigrantes y refugiadas venezolanas interiorizadas en Brasil. La reubicación voluntaria y asistida de estas personas en esta localidad ocurrió, en su mayor parte, a través de las acciones implementadas por la Operação Acogida y por el Proyecto Acogida. Hasta sepitiembre de 2022, 3.349 sujetos de población venezolana ya habían sido reubicados en Dourados, de los cuales 2.612 llegaron a localidad a través del proceso de interiorización por reunificación familiar y por reunión social, a partir del concepto de familia basada en el afecto. Así, este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar el derecho a la reunión familiar de las personas inmigrantes y refugiadas como un derecho humano y fundamental, así como las políticas públicas implementadas en el mencionado municipio para garantizarles este derecho y promover su integración local en la sociedad de acogida. La investigación se justifica al brindar un análisis de la política de acceso e implementación del derecho a la reunión familiar de estas personas, a través del proceso mencionado, con miras a su integración local. Por lo tanto, se utiliza el método deductivo, en un enfoque cualitativo, en una investigación básica de referencia bibliográfica y documental para verificar cómo se ha garantizado el derecho a la reunión familiar a este grupo de Dourados. Finalmente, se muestra necesario desarrollar una política pública en los tres niveles federativos de gobierno para asegurar su integración local en la sociedad de acogida, ya que la reubicación por reunificación familiar y por reunión social no resultan suficientes.   O município de Dourados, localizado no estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, é o quarto maior receptor de imigrantes e refugiados venezuelanos internalizados no Brasil. A realocação voluntária e assistida dessas pessoas nesta localidade ocorreu, em grande parte, por meio das ações implementadas pela Operação Acolhimento e pelo Projeto Acolhimento. Até maio de 2021, 2.588 venezuelanos já haviam sido realocados para Dourados, dos quais 2.213 chegaram à cidade por meio do processo de interiorização para reagrupamento familiar e reagrupamento social, baseado no conceito de família baseada no afeto. Assim, este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o direito ao reagrupamento familiar de imigrantes e refugiados como um direito humano fundamental, bem como as políticas públicas implementadas no referido município para garantir esse direito e promover a sua integração local na sociedade de acolhimento. A pesquisa se justifica por apresentar uma análise da política de acesso e implementação do direito ao reagrupamento familiar de imigrantes e refugiados venezuelanos, em nível local, por meio do referido processo, com vistas à integração local dessas pessoas. Para tanto, utiliza-se o método dedutivo, em uma abordagem qualitativa, em uma pesquisa básica de referência bibliográfica e documental para verificar como tem sido garantido o direito ao reagrupamento familiar aos imigrantes venezuelanos e refugiados de Dourados. Por fim, é necessário desenvolver uma política pública nas três esferas de governo federal para garantir a integração local dos beneficiários da internalização na sociedade de acolhimento, uma vez que não bastam a realocação por reagrupamento familiar e reagrupamento social.
