Bolsonarismo goes beyond Bolsonaro, and calling oneself a Bolsonarista does not determine an automatic adherence to Bolsonarismo. This analysis identifies three ideas force of the present Bolsonarismo in Brazil: neo-conservatism, anti-globalism and necropolitics that have gained momentum from a controversial force-trigger, lulism. Buscar comprender por qué hay tantas personas en Brasil que aún defienden a Bolsonaro, aunque cuando durante la pandemia de Covid-19 el país ha sobrepasado en agosto de 2020 la impresionante cifra de más de cien mil muertos por la enfermedad, no depende solo de un análisis racional del comportamiento del elector, al cual la ciencia política hegemónica normalmente se propone, sino pensar subjetividades individuales y sociales complejas. El bolsonarismo va más allá de Bolsonaro, y decirse un bolsonarista no determina una adhesión automática al bolsonarismo. Este análisis identifica tres ideas fuerza del presente bolsonarismo en Brasil: el neoconservadurismo, el antiglobalismo y la necropolitica que han ganado momentun a partir de una polémica fuerza-disparadora, el lulismo.
