It emphasizes the need to rescue tradition and the environment in the identification of being. Its role in society refers, finally, to the spaces that the School of Librarianship has opened to the promotion of reading. Esta ponencia destaca la falta de una política que respalde un verdadero programa de fomento de la lectura. Enfatiza la necesidad de rescatar la tradición y el ambiente en la identificación del ser. Su función en la sociedad se refiere, finalmente, a los espacios que la Escuela de Bibliotecología ha abierto a la promoción de la lectura.
